Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To provide the best experience for every client, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. • 24+ hours’ notice: no cancellation fee. • Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of the scheduled service price will be charged. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or the need to reschedule.
